About Me
Hi everyone,
I have done 100 marathons which is my favorite race.

I am always battling with injuries as i think I have had the lot, groin strains, calf tears tendon injuries (which are the worse) back trouble. The worse problem is fighting the weight off! so I do more Xtraining now rather than miles of running which helps.

I also do a bit of tritahlon, I have done a couple of half and full Ironman races but no more i think! just gonna stick to the sprints... maybe some Halfs!....maybe!! oh never say never.
