Haven't run since completing the GSR in 2007. Just joined the Gravesend Road Runners to try and get back in the habit. I've entered the Ashford and District 10k on Sunday 8/1/09, no hopes for a good time but whatever time I do it will give me a target for the next one.
Did the Ashford&District 10k on Feb 8th. Something went twang in my right calf at 7k but managed to limp to the finish in 61 mins. Went for a 10k run with the club last night, and calf held up (hurt for the last mile or so).
