Second Place in the Ipswich Parkrun. Got beaten by a young whipper snapper on a boggy, wet and sharp cornered course. The winner and I had some good battles, but just didn't have the pace in the legs after no pace work as a result of a few niggles over the passed few weeks.

Cheers Hedgie, had a decent go but when the young lad went, I didn't really have an extra gear. Check out the Ipswich Parkrun Facebook group for a kind of picture story of the race.
