Notes & Comments

Very warm and a cloudless sky with little shade. Changed route from last year with around 600 additional metres in holyrood park. Caught up with the regent road runners, after 3 miles. Pretty busy thereafter pushed on after 10k probably best run of year total time 3 32 04 and 62 second out of 701.
