Ben Lora hill race. Was humming and hawing about this, but glad I decided to do it in the end. Felt ok and was about 5 mins faster than I expected. Uphill was good, probably gained a place or two on the downhill. Foot a bit niggly still but didn't feel it during the race. No idea where I finished as yet. Good race, must remember to do more hill races this year.
