First 5m bang on the money @ 29.30
6th mile up Chesterfield Avenue really tough
Started picking it up, the 9th mile put me back on track for sub 60.
But tough hill at the start of the last mile blew that out of the water.
Finished on 60.11. 3mins quicker than last year
