Good going Brian, at least you 'raced' to the end (with Adrian at your heels). It was very hot and you have a couple of vey fast miles in those splits. No problems with injuries, a good sign

You very rarely have a bad race Brian, wasn't the last one with my Wokingham number over 2 years ago?? You had the spirit to pick it up when you needed to and that's got to count for something.
