very tough in the heat lost about 4 minutes in the second half but still managed to fight in the last 3 miles and pb so very pleased all in all. Got to 19.29 in 1.56.27 then garmin stopped to am error setting so ran blind for last 6 also gives me a 42 ish last 10k that is where i can make up time next time to get to 2.40
