Notes & Comments

Great Langdale Half Marathon....Plodder had been telling me how good this race was for ages...so when the chance to get a number happened - i jumped at the chance.

I wasn dissapointed. Great race - great scenery. It was a nice sunny day..but not too hot...tried to stay in the shade as much as i could.

As usual went off too quick and found myself quite high up the list after the first mamoth hill...felt tired at the start of 4 miles (which was a shock to the system - so early on) - so took a gel and felt ok...took another Gel @ 9 miles for the last push into Langdale.

Finished 34th overall - and 10th in Men Open. So was really happy.

Havent trained for this - so it was a great motivator for the coming months - will put the hard work in.

well done Dylan! Just think what you could've done if you had trained?!
