Christchurch Christmas Pud 10k- Apoligies to those who have bet, conditions were better than forecast although mild there were a few heavy downpours. Fell apart from about half way/ 4 miles, didn't race right, awful time again!! I don't like 10k's, why do I do them ?? I figure the more I do then maybe I'll get the tactics right and manage to pull a good time out of the bag...next 10k in 5 weeks time.
Got a Christmas Pud for running and lovely warm soup to warm me back up with:-)
