By Lake, Ridge & Wainwright LDWA...A fantastic day out, and another summers day!! After our bowl of muesli & banana a wee walk to the start. Took a slightly wrong path setting out, but soon got back on track to the miners path up High Spy and once up, some great running right through to the farm cp before ascending Hindscarth. What a loooong ascent that was! Still, once up the 'panoramic views' made it all worth it. A reverse from yesterday up Robinson and descend to Buttermere to refuel with fruit salad & rice pud 
After a trot along the west side of the lake, up to Haystacks (test my nerve on a wee bit of scramble), through the quarries for a final cp at Honister. Up Dale Head, didn’t quite find the trod down to the reservoir, but headed east to find the stile back on miners path and Rosthwaite Village Hall where Richard greeted me, quite literally, sweeping me off my feet A bowl of pasta and we hobbled off home together. Perfect.
