Well i decided late last night to go for it and i did it, my first Banstead 5K - oh i felt elated beyond belief - i still do - am on a major high, i have so wanted to do this and now i have completed my first one - they were all so nice as well, Chris (one of the organisers) was real nice cheering me on from the start, they said they were gonna shout my name as i came thru the finishing line and they did - funny thing was Chris said he didnt recognise me from my last visit in Oct wiv G - said i had vastly reduced in weight!!! - we all went back to the pub afterwards - the whole morning was good - pics were taken and Sue wanted to know some details my weight loss etc...as she was thinkin about publishing the story on the website - anyway it was a good day - sounds silly but am so emotional about accomplishing it
