This run was the Cornerstone East Carlton 5 mile race.
It was a very challenging very hilly run and I was happy with my time and my first top 40 finish ( I was 39th ).
My gun time ws 37.27 but my actual watch time was 37.18 ( It took a few secs to get over the start line !).
Lots of club runners but I was able to do ok and my knee was fine.
