Notes & Comments

First Towpath 10k of the year. Didn't expect to be able to run and I had done a tempo run two days before. Legs felt really heavy and the limiting factor was my legs - breathing was ok.

Got to half way in 12th/13th and was passed by a few people on the way back. Best time on this course and bodes well for the remainder of the series.
