Notes & Comments

Worthing 20. 4 laps x 5 miles. Plan, first 5 steady, aiming for 8:45 but quickly decided that 9 was more sensible. Then next 5 at MP - 8:30, next 5 easy as I felt, and final 5 at MP.
Found incredibly hard to find pace, although pleased with first 20 miler of year and that managed to get up to and maintain MP. :) :)
