Notes & Comments

Balloch to Clydebank Half Marathon
A much tougher race than last year, the strong wind seemed to be against us for a quite a few miles especially at the start and the end. Kept the splits bang on for my target 1.17.30 till 10 miles then struggled a little for the last 3.2. Still finished with a Garmin average pace of 5.56. Good progress again and a 1 min PB and 12th place.
