Gartmore 6. Good wee race, considering this time yesterday I didn't know it existed. Just outside PB - Mud probably didnt help (it was a quagmire in places) but splits show why - slow start, prob due to narrow tracks and little opportunity to overtake ( see what I've done there - its other peoples fault I didnt PB ;o) ). Felt very strong throughout, training seems to be paaying off.
