Sinfin 10k. Up in Derby to see Ma and Pa, thought it would be a good idea to do this run at the same time. It was very hot and the loops back into the shade of the trees were a godsend.
Was 157 out of 304. My nike+ made the run only 4.59 miles even though the time was correct and I was doing each kilometre in just over 5 minutes.
