Notes & Comments

The inaugural Kettering Half Marathon. Had expected nearer 2:30 so mega happy with finish time. Course much better than I thought it would be, although some challenging hills at the end. Overall, I really enjoyed it. Went with the sub 2:20 pacer for first quarter, then ran my own pace after that (which was variable according to ascent and distance). Great run.

Had a slight issue afterwards in which I couldn’t breathe, happened a few times. Also, sports bra rubbed!
