P&D w5 D2: 7.25 mi easy run with a couple of traffic light strides

Easy run in the afternoon; still sunny and cold, so I put on a few more layers to stay warm. Brief stop at dm where I could pay with payback points in the app - pretty handy in case I don't want to take a wallet on my run. Then down to the bridge where I met Olivia for a short chat running down Nonnenweg. Then I turned down towards the river, explored some trails around Fockeberg that are now totally frozen. Usually, it's a mud bath down there. Gentle run back home through Südvorstadt and Friedenspark. Really enjoyable, didn't feel the need to go any longer today with a double on the horizon tomorrow.
