Gentle start to the week

But legs still feeling yesterday’s long run. Running wired up to a 24-hour heart rate monitor today, on the advice of my GP who wants to check my 'abnormally low' resting heart rate (which is exactly the same as it has been - when I am decently fit - since I started wearing a Garmin tracker in 2015).
