The Big Dog. 14-16 miles at target MP with 4 or 6 miles wu/cd (pfitz prescribes 14 but sometimes it's nice to do 16...). Tbh my warm up was too fast but the weather was diabolical, driving headwind 40mph gusts with rain ☠️ so I just wanted it done. Really happy with HR in this. I did start to get tired at 16 miles but think that was the sapping effect of the wind every lap. Bodes well for my 3:23 A goal at Valencia.
