Edinburgh to North Berwick Road Race. Wow! I really enjoyed today and didn't find the heat too bad either. For the first half I ran with a group of people who were going a bit slower than i wanted (about 8.45 min/mile) and then for the last half i ran with david from lasswade ac and we managed to keep each other going. I felt very strong at the finish. This was a well organised race and all of the marshalls were very cheerful and encouraging. Thanks to everybody and it's time for a glass of wine in the garden now!!
