Recovery run with rucksack
I ran to the GSZ, waited for about 20 minutes if anyone showed up. Then I decided to run down south along the river until I got to the bike at RLS that I parked there yesterday. I rode home easy to let the legs recover. 7:00 pace felt nice, barely any DOMS after yesterday but I'm still tired
