Thanks, conditions were ideal, and we ran at a good pace. Unfortunately Sarah H had a fall, cutting her knee, but thankfully was ok otherwise.

Thanks both, yes she is ok, but said that it stung when she showered. I think it looked worse when it actually happened, than it was.
