Notes & Comments

Local parkrun, late decision to go, took paddleboard so went out after. Paddleboarding is now starting to make me run!? Very slow, and sore after, but good to be there. Nice morning, chilly, but then muggy later. I was sweaty even at 10 min/mile! Was running behind and with Martin and 10 yr old daughter going for her sub 30 min and PB. Wonderful to see. Saw Sarah H, Scott, Tina etc. at end which was nice chat too. :-) G
