Notes & Comments

Hard effort, slightly too hot. Certainly hotter than expected. Definitely felt like it was going to be a tough race right from the word go. Kind of settled in to my pace but I knew it was going to be a struggle to keep on target today.

I was really hanging on for the last 4-5km but the thought of sub 1:35 kept me going to the end, just.

Aches and pains - Right ankle/Achilles 2/3. I'll fill in more later or tomorrow if there's anything to add.
