After a misty start, the sun came out so I got out before it got too hot.
I ran down the lane to the Jam Pot cafe to WU, then did the longer reps, 2 going up the hill (there had to be a hill didn’t there…) and 1 coming down

The short reps could be done on the short flat section by the cafe and car park
Then I ran back up the lane crossed the road and took the footpath to the gate at the field, where I met an elderly lady who was a delight to talk to. She was telling me all about her adventures in her cosy 20yo camper van. A lovely end to a fab run.
