Red January Day 29. Not the Roman IX. Last min decision to do this race, given that I’ve not run this far in a very long time (May 2021) and after cross country yesterday it perhaps wasn’t the best idea but I’m glad I did it. It was fine for the first 10k but just died in the last 2k.
