Coventry Parkrun. A nice bright sunny morning but quite a strong headwind along the top path passed the car park. I was fine until the second time up the railway line when the energy started to run out and i lost time. I think I still have Thursdays hard run in my legs plus bums and tums from yesterday. My glutes are complaining quite a lot.
