I did the "Ayrshire AAA-Cross Country Championships" today at Irvine.Was running for Girvan AAC my 2nd claim club and my first Race for them.I ran very good on a tough course and in a strong wind, in a pleasing time of 13.30,happy with my fast pace today.Team just missed out on the medals! Work my New-Balance Spikes today. Finished in 4th Position overall.I felt great during and after with my time and importantly performance.
