Amazingly consistent pace really! Went local again, with sis this time, but she couldn't run, as no suitable buggy for 2 year old. Started at back, caught an old uni pal (Russell B, for my own record because I can never remember his name!) and ran rest with him. Great to blether and catch up. He's doing Liverpool Rock and Roll marathon next week and was in great shape. Calf seems to be holding up. Might try a gentle, longer, off road plod tomorrow. :-) G
