Last minute decision to run around Llyn Brenig, first time in abiut 2 years, thanks to pandemic. Great to be back up there, hellishly hot, carried water thankfully. Great to run in my Soloman boots, so comfy and easy to run in.
Definitely decided not to run an October marathon. I put 100% heart and sole into Dartford with a great result so can't get myself up for serious marathon traing again. So Wrexham half and Welsh Masters Track and Field Champs it is :-)
