Great Lines parkrun #305
Cool, damp and overcast with a slight breeze.
The usual Great Lines routine, went out fairly hard and then pushed up the hill to the memorial, kept on pushing through the rest of the lap before easing down slightly up to the memorial on the second lap, pushed hard around the top and back down to the finish.
7th finisher and a 2 seconds PB!!
