Felt rubbish in warm-up and nearly didn’t race. Started off way too far back, got totally boxed in and felt like I was taking it too easy. Shocked to see first mile was 6.31 (target pace) so kicked on overtaking all the way until I turned into the wind for the last 0.5 which was a bit of a struggle. Over the moon with run despite being over a minute slower than PB. Bit of a confidence boost.
