Platt Fields 10km: very worried about physical state prior to race; started off well but had to walk/run it due to feeling 'wobbly/not 100%'; sipped GO but it finished very quickly; many low points, but managed to keep going; very nice race marshalls, well organised race; ended up second last and doing a PB (a PB, good gosh!). Very tough but very pleased to have finished, and the finishing time was a bonus really :o)
