Notes & Comments

First time I've done a5k in ages and REALLY happy with how good my knees felt. Possibly a course worst (give or take the time I missed he start and was stuck at the back for the whole of the first little loop). Horrendously crowded first lap, opened up a bit after that and splits 2-5 not too bad. Didn't sprint finish as fast as usual, result, overtaken by a dude who then slowed down approaching the funnel. Ah well, that's cambridge parkrun for you.
