1 Partiti alle 7.15 con due auto forse non mi riscaldo bene ma i primi km ho fatto molta
2 fatica a prendere il ritmo infatti anche il cardio se assestato dopo il 6 km pero alla fine
3 ho tenuto non sono contentissimo ma non posso dire che non ho corso bene
