parkrun #167 - Horton Park

Did the first 2k with Simon as he did his first run since we ran at Southport in June but his foot is still causing problems. Put the hammer down for the remaining 3k and strangely finished in 3rd and may well have been good enough for 1st if I had been able to keep anywhere near that pace for 5k , which I think in my current form I could.

Will have to come back and try again.
