Pretty tired by the last couple, but I was pleased that they were inside the 2k pace. Toenail on right foot has cut my toe - so the last two were a bit painful also.

I think I might try doing a 10 x 400 session next time, before going back to 3 x 2k - just to see if it makes a difference.
