MILTON KEYNES WINTER HALF-MARATHON -

I clocked 1:39.33 (chip), placing me 185th of the 1034 finishers (and 6th of 50 in my class) (Rough split - 49.51 49.42)

No half-marathon PB for nearly six long years, then along come two in just eight days!

I'm totally stunned.

I didn't really feel that I'd got over last weekend's Bedford Half, so had planned just a 'fun run' today. Well, in one sense, I guess that it was fun. Very tired !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Splits : Mile 1 -7.35 / Mile 2 - 7.26 / Mile 3 - 7.29 / Mile 4 - 7.37 / Mile 5 - 7.42 / Mile 6 - 7.49 / Mile 7 - 7.40 / Mile 8 - 7.36 / Mile 9 - 7.42 / Mile 10 - 7.43 / Mile 11 - 7.20 / Mile 12 - 7.43 / Mile 13 - 7.24 / Last 0.1 miles - 0.47
