first outing after Manchester Marathon; didn't manage to run faster than marathon pace but 1:48 isn't shabby and I gladly take the trophy for 1st F30. Also kudos to mum, 2nd in F55, dad who beat me today, and my sis who improved her half marathon time by 20 min.
