Knockhill race. Can't believe how fast I ran this! 1st lady and a 23 sec pb. 1st mile in 5.49 (heard someone's garmin beep as wasn't wearing mine). Laps 7.25, 7.35, 7.47. Slowed quite a bit in the final lap as I was tiring but also passing quite a few back-markers so couldn't take the racing line so therefore added distance on. Really really pleased with my run tonight as I wasn't feeling too bouncy during my warm-up.
