Leeds Abbey Dash 10k. Delay at toilet queue ended with me starting way back crossing the start mat nine minutes after the gun went, so spent entire race weaving through folk. Too much congestion to break into target pace but did well considering and enjoyed race. Felt good throughout, most comfortable 10k for ages despite traffic. Will start further up field next time!
