brighton marathon, pb that didn't exactly go to plan!!
i blew the plan out the water from the word go n couldn't slow myself enough to run at trained pace, therefore i got to 20miles and blew up and struggled home having blown a load of time.
A LESSON LEARNED THIS TIME I HOPE!!
