Notes & Comments

Terrible run - mentally I was beaten by about the 3 mile mark. The clouds had all cleared for the race start and for the second year running it was a hot sunny day. I was close to giving up at the 5 mile point when we came back through Witchford centre, but manged to push on. Physically I was fit, although suffered with problems with my arch on the right foot - could hardly walk later that day. My biggest problem was the mental part - I was way off. Think I perhaps need a rest
