BUPA 10K, this time the hail stayed away and though it was a bit breezy, with a few drops of rain, the conditions were near perfect. Ran with Nige who, wanting to break 42 mins, couldn't help to go sprinting off and by the 3rd Km I could see him no more. Ran well until 6K, then struggled - was really put off by a 60+ yr old IronMan stridding passed me in a thong. Nige clearly needs to get with the dress code for his generation. Same time next year?
