London marathon
Started a bit too hard to try for sub 3.20, lost pace from mile 20ish. Bit warm for me.
Prep -
Oatibix at 5.45
Bagel at 8.00
GO energy choc bar at 8.30
SIS Gels - 1 at 9.30
miles 5, 9.5 (Caffeine), 14, 18.5 (C), 22
Sip water ever 2 miles until 20, then every mile a slurp.
Legs started to get heavy after 19.
Feeling hot and bothered after 20.
Pace dropped by 21 onwards from 7.25 to 8+

Blisters not bad, nails stayed on.
