It does, the watch doesn't include the walking and warm-up phase so I'm not sure what the treadmill was showing for the actual run but not 8km I would imagine!

Interesting that even though your pace was steady and even marginally higher towards the end your cadence recording went down progressively over the run without a corresponding increase in stride length nerd (On the treadmill my cadence changes more with the tempo of the music than with my speed.)

I was concentrating on keeping the heart rate around 120bpm so was actually nudging the pace down over the last 15 mins or so, though I was definitely affected by the music thing too! 😊
