Southall parkrun. Quickest parkrun for just over 7 years, felt like I pushed a little too hard early on but felt pretty well able to control things. Was hoping for 23:30, so a very good result. The Hoka Rocket X2 felt amazing to run in. Official time 22:59 :-)
